The Process
The designer then drafts a preliminary sketch of the home using the advanced CAD (computer aided design) system. The client reviews the scaled-down drawing, and if changes and adjustments need to be made to suit personal tastes or budget estimates, the designer then redrafts the sketch until it comes out just as the client desires. A scale drawing of the sketch that can be taken to a home builder is then produced in blueprint format. If the client needs help in contacting a developer, Complete Design can provide a list of excellent home builders.
